Packaging

The packaging organization must comply with this document and the technical specification with the list of components provided by SM Custom packaging to the client.

The type of packaging must be used to meet the sea, air, or land transportation (domestic or international, depending on the route) for packaging.

Packaging must be done in such a way as to meet the following requirements at least:

Packaging

  1. The product must be packed so that the material of the boxes and boxes complies with domestic and international recommendations and guidelines for the standardization of packaging.

Documents, Identification, and Marking

  1. Each box or box is packed with packing indicating the weight, size, and a detailed list of equipment and materials packed in the box.
  2. Domestic or international guidelines must mark all boxes for marking and symbols. The font must be at least 1 inch (25.4 mm) high.
  3. The marking must include, as a minimum, the following information: destination, return address, post office number, loading instructions, net and gross weights, and any special instructions.

Drawer structure

  4. The main structure and support of the box should consist of retaining walls attached to the bottom with nails.
  5. The roof structure shall consist of a cover base resting on an upper frame at right angles to the uprights in the longitudinal direction of the box.
  6. The entire box must be fully sheathed with plywood, at least 10 mm thick.
  7. For extra strength, the outer surface of the box should be sheathed with an additional crate.
